Darren Nicholson is a Hunter Valley resident whose business activities include building maintenance in the Public Housing Sector across four states of Australia, property development, mining exploration and investment.

With his wife, Ricci Schwarzler, he created the Lake Maintenance group of companies in 1998, and its home office is on the Central Coast of NSW at Tuggerah.

Other offices are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston and Fremantle.

Darren searches out new and diversified areas of business activity to add to a growing portfolio. As a couple, their most recent venture is the opening of Sala’s Function and Entertainment Centre, at Warners Bay.

As well as an active business life, Darren continues to pursue his interest in boating and international travel and quenching his thirst for knowledge.
